Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it has been shipped. Once the product is dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled via our website.

Return & Exchange Terms

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days from delivery.
2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
3. In case pickup service is unavailable at your pincode/location, you would be required to self-ship the product to our registered office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements for Eligible Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged for hygiene reasons.
• The product must retain all original packaging, boxes, and intact tags. Items missing original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (3 days) will not be accepted.
